Ride, Race, Enjoy
The MA Motocross State Challenge is returning to the MXGP of Australia in 2026, providing yet another opportunity for the nation’s brightest juniors to perform in front of the world championship riders, teams and managers.
Every State Controlling Body in Australia, representing the Northern Territory, New South Wales, Victoria, Tasmania, South Australia, Western Australia and Queensland, will field teams in the challenge: up to six riders apiece in the MX85 (12-16yrs) and MX3 (14-U18yrs) developmental classes.
And just like last year, Motorcycling Tasmania Inc is the first cab off the rank to announce its team!
Motorcycling Tasmania manager, Ben Wilson, said: “Congratulations to every rider selected to represent Tasmania. Enjoy every moment and give it everything you’ve got. We can’t wait to see what team Tasmania achieves in Darwin.”
The balance of the 2026 MA Motocross State Challenge teams will be announced over the next few weeks.
